The mission of the Quality Assurance Department is to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction through continuous improvements in quality, delivery, and service in compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100.

Quality Assurance Policy
Beta Transformer Technology Corporation will provide products that comply with our customers' requirements. This objective shall be achieved by managing a Quality System that complies with ISO9001 / AS9100 and continually improves the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

Quality Assurance System
BTTC has been granted certification as a qualified source of transformers by the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC) and listed on the QPL for products MIL-PRF 21038/27-01 through -31 Product Levels C, M and T.

The Quality System, as detailed in the Quality Assurance Manual, assures the capability to control and continually improve our processes that determine the acceptability of product supplied to our customers. These requirements are primarily directed at prevention of nonconformance's as well as detection, corrective action and process improvement implementation.

The Management Review process evaluates established process indicators to ensure the Quality Systems suitability and effectiveness, in satisfying the requirements of the Quality Assurance Manual and the Quality Policy Statement.
