This qualification testing, based on airframe industry guidelines and MIL-PRF-21038, certifies that Beta’s box couplers are capable of withstanding the demanding environments of airborne and ground-based applications.

Since Beta’s box couplers utilize fully screened MIL-PRF-21038/27 transformers, you can be assured of high reliability and superior waveform integrity in all 1553 applications. The operating temperature range of the Beta couplers is -55ºC to +130ºC. Beta’s box couplers are available with industry standard connectors or custom connectors to meet your application.
