Space-Level Transformer, Hermetically Sealed HLP-6000

Bohemia, New York, Beta Transformer Technology Corporation has introduced the HLP-6000 Series space-level transformer. The HLP-6000 series is built and tested to MIL-PRF-21038 and designed to meet MIL-STD-1553. It can also be designed to meet MIL-STD-981, “T” level and other high reliability qualifications. The case is Nickel plated Kovar to reduce EMI and eliminate corrosion. The leads have gold plating over nickel plated Kovar. The leads exit the package through glass ferrules to maintain hermeticity.

The low-profile HLP-6000 package size is 0.630” x 0.630” x 0.175” (16mm x 16mm x 4.45mm). It is available in flat pack and SMT. Operating temperature range is –55C to 130C. The transformer is designed to operate with 5V, 12V, and 15V transceivers.
